enjoying the simple things

so at work my boss brings his two dogs to the office on most days. during the afternoons these dogs love the heat coming from the sun. they would follow the sun and at some point they would even sleep...sitting up. i found this funny and profound. it's a reminder to myself that...enjoying the simple, little things in life...are and should be enjoyable. i hear that saying often but how many do believe, put the effort, and genuinely do enjoy the little things.
